Brain Digest

11 lessons

The eleven mined categories of the factory brain, retold in human language for a one-hour read. What we mined, real examples, what an autonomous landing builder would ask or get wrong, how the system answers it, and where it looks. The machine-readable references stay in the Factory Brain course.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ABLE TO DO

  • 01Read a month of mined sessions end to end instead of looking one up
  • 02See what each category costs the factory when it goes wrong
  • 03Know which reference to open when a build hits one of these

This is the readable half of the factory brain. The other course, The Factory Brain, is a lookup table: 98 references, each line stamped with the repo and date it came from. This one is prose, eleven pages, roughly an hour front to back.

Each page covers one subject: what we mined, the biggest fires in plain words, what a stamped landing-builder agent would ask at 3am and what the system answers, and the factory impact of getting it wrong.

Read the wasted loops first. They are the afternoons that produced nothing, and every one names the tell that was visible before the cost was paid.
