Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account data — the email address you sign in with, and any handle, display name or bio you choose to add.
• Usage analytics — anonymous, aggregate product analytics (via PostHog), collected only after you accept analytics in the consent banner. Essential to nothing you have to accept to read the Site.
• Learning activity — if you take quizzes or opt into the leaderboard, your points and progress (you control leaderboard visibility in your dashboard).
• Payment data — handled entirely by our payment processor (see below). We never receive or store your full card details.

How we use it

• To provide the Site and your membership access.
• To send transactional email you would expect (e.g. account and membership notices).
• To understand, in aggregate, what content is useful and improve it.

Payments

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record. Paddle collects and processes your payment information under its own Privacy Policy. We receive only the information needed to fulfil and support your membership (such as your email and subscription status), never your full card number.

Who processes data for us

We use a small set of trusted processors and do not sell your data to anyone:

• Paddle — payments and billing.
• Vercel — website hosting.
• Neon — database (accounts, learning data).
• PostHog — consent-based product analytics.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.

Cookies

We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in. Analytics run only after you consent, and you can decline without losing access to the free Site.

Your rights

You can access, export, or delete your data yourself from your dashboard, or by emailing us. Where GDPR applies, you also have the right to object to or restrict processing and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

Retention and security

We keep account data for as long as your account exists and delete it on request. We take reasonable technical measures to protect it, and payment data is held by Paddle, not by us.

Children

The Site is not directed to anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
