Terms of Service

The Service

pravda.systems publishes original research and technical writing on AI engineering and business automation. Much of the Site is free to read. A paid membership unlocks additional material — the full archive, narrated audio versions, member-only notes, and accompanying build configurations and reusable code. All content is digital and delivered on the Site.

Membership, billing and payment

• The research membership is billed at US$9 per month and renews automatically each month until you cancel.
• Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as the Merchant of Record and authorized reseller for purchases made through the Site. Paddle’s own Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase, and your receipt and any tax are issued by Paddle.
• You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
• Prices may change; we will give notice before a change affects your renewals.

Your account

A membership is for one person. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Do not share member-only content or your access with others.

Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, bulk-download, resell or redistribute member-only content.
• Do not attempt to breach, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Site or its access controls.
• Do not use the Site for anything unlawful.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site is owned by Danylo Pravda unless otherwise stated. Your membership grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access it. Reusable configurations and code provided to members are for your own use; they are offered without warranty.

Disclaimers

The content is educational and technical in nature and is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. It is not professional, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for how you apply it.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for membership in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above. These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
