Refund Policy

We want the research membership to be worth it. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work. It applies to purchases of the pravda.systems membership, operated by Danylo Pravda (ФОП, Ukraine) and sold through our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited.

Cancel any time

The membership is US$9 per month and renews automatically. You can cancel whenever you like — cancelling stops all future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied, email danylo@pravda.systems within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full — no argument. This applies to your initial membership purchase.

Renewals

To avoid being charged for the next month, cancel before your renewal date. We do not usually refund a renewal after it has been charged, but if something went wrong — a duplicate charge, a renewal you meant to cancel — email us and we will make it right.

How refunds are processed

Refunds are issued through Paddle back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or provider.
