The Website Factory
12 lessons
Your private playbook for the website factory: give a local business a finished site for almost nothing, earn the trust, then sell the automations you already built. Twelve chapters that reason over 11,080 sources from inside your exact position, your fleet, your runway, your rails, and end in actions, not statistics.
WHAT YOU WILL BE ABLE TO DO
- 01Run the gift-landing play with the one condition that keeps a free site from being worthless
- 02See each failure trap arrive on schedule and counter it, starting with the one you already fell into once
- 03Pick the two ponds worth fishing, your old CGI world and one local vertical your products can serve
- 04Stand up the send machine on day one, and know exactly which channels you must never touch
- 05Reactivate the ten-thousand-dollar Upwork account and run it under the platform's real rules
- 06Close as a remote foreign seller by making verification and ownership your loudest arguments
- 07Price the gift, the care plan, and the automation ladder so the second product does the retaining
- 08Hand over everything in the client's name and make that the reason they trust you
- 09Move money into a Ukrainian FOP without losing it to fees, tax traps, or chargebacks
- 10Turn the fleet and the design library into a factory floor with a tell-removal gate
- 11Wire the machine end to end from the systems you already own: mine, rank, bootstrap, build AFK, verify, propose
- 12Run the ninety days in the right cash order, with the scoreboard and the pivot dates that keep you honest
This track is not a summary of the research. It is the research argued against your position: an agent fleet that can build thirty to fifty extreme-quality sites a day, a bank account near zero, a runway of about two and a half months, fifteen working products with no customers, and a clock that does not move. Every chapter answers one question, what should you do, and ends with a numbered action list you can start the same day.
The evidence base is one /research --effort max run: 11,080 sources in the roster, 137.2 million
characters of source text actually read, forty merged clusters, sixteen reference documents at
docs/growth-os/revenue-ops/research/. The chapters cite it where a number earns its place inside
an argument about your move. When the evidence is thin, the chapter says so and tells you what to
measure yourself instead of pretending.
The order is your decision order. What the play actually is comes first, because the corpus's loudest verdict flips for you and you need to know exactly why, and where it stops flipping. The traps come second, because the worst one is the one you have already fallen into once. Then the two ponds, the send machine, the second mouth, the conversation, the money layer, ownership, the paperwork, the factory floor, the machine that runs it end to end. The ninety-day plan comes last because it can only be honest after everything else has been decided.
